DIGITALSET- Ireland
Founded in 2023, Digitalset is an Irish social enterprise based in Dublin, specialising in lifelong learning, digital education, project management, personal development, and leadership. Comprising nine experienced professionals, including educators, IT specialists, and pedagogists, it collaborates across adult education, schools, VET, youth, sport, and higher education sectors.
While relatively new to Erasmus+, Digitalset has significant expertise in developing digital educational resources, supporting digital inclusion, and fostering innovative pedagogies through online and blended learning. Its participation in DIGI-EQUAL will facilitate the creation of tailored digital tools, enhance its capacity-building activities, and assist in disseminating project outcomes across Europe. Their contribution is vital in ensuring effective digital integration at organisational and institutional levels.
WIDE AND CO, Luxembourg
WIDE AND CO is a social enterprise founded by Marina Andrieu, specialising in digital skills, gender equality, and inclusive entrepreneurship. Recognised as a Società d’Impact Sociétal, it is an approved training centre committed to bridging the digital divide and promoting diversity through education, consultancy, and incubation of entrepreneurs. In 2022, it trained over 450 individuals across topics such as gender equality, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship, with women representing 70% of participants.
The organisation has extensive experience developing educational programmes, coding workshops for children, and managing European projects (including Erasmus+). Its knowledgeable team comprises experts in digital technology, equality, entrepreneurship, and communication. Participation in DIGI-EQUAL will enhance its activities in promoting digital competence and inclusion, particularly through developing new methodologies to support women and young people transitioning into the digital sector.
Digital Leadership Institute (DLI), Belgium
The Digital Leadership Institute is a recognised Brussels-based NGO dedicated to closing the gender gap in STEM and ESTEAM sectors through education, mentorship, advocacy, and research. Founded by Cheryl Miller, DLI runs flagship initiatives such as the online platform InQube, the CYPRO cybersecurity training programme, and the Ada Awards recognising outstanding women in digital skills.
With proven expertise in leadership, innovation, and grassroots advocacy, DLI aims to empower women to engage in digital careers and entrepreneurship. Its experienced team, comprising specialists in digital education and gender equality, will bring valuable added value to knowledge sharing, training development, and outreach activities within DIGI-EQUAL. Engagement in the project will enable DLI to broaden its influence across Europe, advancing women’s participation in digital fields.
IOVA, Turkey
Established in 2018, IOVA is a dynamic, inclusive non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering democracy, equality, and social change through education, training, and entrepreneurship. With a team of three paid staff and 45 volunteers, it actively supports women, youth, migrants, and persons with disabilities by implementing innovative initiatives.
IOVA has notable experience in projects promoting digital literacy, social inclusion, and gender equality, notably through initiatives such as FLY and REACT, which focus on empowering women through digital skills to improve employability. Its local and international work provides an invaluable perspective for supporting women’s digital empowerment, especially in underprivileged regions. Participation in DIGI-EQUAL will strengthen its efforts to address gender disparities in the digital economy, contributing to societal change and economic inclusion.
